Disclaimer :
This is not about following those crusty old trad climbers around trying to repeat their d*ck and ovary wrenching mega classics. Mea Culpa.
And yes, we are probably gonna die, but until that happens we intend to enjoy ourselves.
We are heading out to Todie/Bullet Canyons and Comb Ridge/Butler Wash for some exploring and maybe some bouldering next week. Anyone got some tasty beta they can share? We have done research and have some good published info, but hoping that some people from the Tacoan Culture can add some additional spice on places to check out, including carved staircases.
I have spent some time in the area and on the rez, and will treat information and places visited with respect.
Feel free to PM me if you don't want to spray on the internet.
Many thanks in advance and yáʼátʼééh

Kane Gulch / Bullet Canyon loop is great, many good ruins, but water might be a bit of a problem this time of year. Fish and Owl Canyon loop across the road is also good.

Best trip in the area is Slickhorn to the San Juan and float out.

For a minute I thought you were talking about the route in the Black.
Done that, too.
