I have 2 pairs. Both have 41.5 for the left foot and either a 42 or 42.5 for the right.

I actually have the exact same problem in the same size - too bad we're not opposites!
Let me know if you find a way to recover a few dollars w/o screwing the shop you bought them from.
One used to be able to buy odd pairings for a few extra dollars from 5.10 and Sportiva, but no more. It makes for a rather expensive pair of shoes...
