What the hell are those formations in the distance?

Specifically what is that awesome looking tower with the squared off summit?

This stuff is eastish/south eastish of Tenaya Peak.

Does square top have it's own name?

QITNL, is square top on the right side of your photo?

How tall is it? My photo makes it look like it's a stand alone tower. That's why I was so impressed looking at it in October alpenglow.
