I was out at the Keyhole Classic this past week end and a friend of mine had this bag. I asked and he said he knew nothing about it as it was given to him.
Looks like an early Fish bag? There is only three hanging straps. One loop and the third a loop on the bitter end off the seat belt, web strap.
The shoulder straps don't come off, they tuck into a velcro'd pocket.
The bottom of the bag, instead of the contemporary cross hatch of the four hauling straps there is just one across rolled and sewn as a handle.
No logo or identifying marks.
Earlier iteration of a Fish grade V, or copy cat?
Just curious, because I have been beating the snot out of my beloved 'Atom Smasher' for a cpl years now.

Well the one feature that really made me think it may have been an older version of Russ' was the sacrificial webbing around the bottom seam.

Liberty Mountain sold a white vinyl bag that was a little similar to that about 15 years ago. A5 also made something similar for a bit, but that model had a sewn lid that completely sealed the bag. Not sure if that was a short-lived item or what.
