The Trad Climber's Bible (How To Climb Series) Paperback
by John Long and Peter Croft
John Long? Peter Croft? Aren't they some old guys? I think I've heard their names somewhere, but do they really know anything about how to climb today?

^ Peter needed a Ghost writer
In fact, he doesn't. Back in the day, when I was editor of the Canadian Alpine Journal, he submitted the odd story. The only problem was that he didn't write more.
He's a good writer.

Your thread title could be better, i.e. include the book title and both authors.
You are 100% correct. I did not see Peter's name at first. No disrespect was intended to Peter.

I agree, Ghoster. Croft is a terrific writer, one of our very best. And killer funny too.

I see amazon already has it on sale, 27% off. On the day of release. Who can compete with that?
Man they're like the evil empire or something.
With photos by iconic climbing photographer Greg Epperson and AMGA Certified Rock Instructor Bob Gaines, this full color book will appeal to climbers of all stripes.
I'm sold.
