Kat was gonna come to seattle and call me. But no call & I'm leaving on thurs for the trifecta in Oregon.
I hope she calls or she posts some photos of her solo trip.
I'm heading down with my friend Jessie. He just graduated from high school so he's not in my category. whooo!

Yeah, one of my best friends and my high school climbing buddy, Steve Fish (yes he's a fisherman), went up in 1975 to P'burg, worked, bought a boat, married and didn't return, though he moved up to Sitka later.
His brother, Gary Fish, started the Deschutes Brewery in Bend, Oregon. Pretty good beer.

Kath, don't skip the north cascades hwy if you haven't been thru it before, not sure if you need a climbing fix on your way thru, I can connect you with the proper peeps for a tour of central washington rock if needed.
