I just found out I have a 3 day weekend coming up and since I have missed spending any nights out yet this summer, decided I better get myself into The Wind River range before I leave Wyoming in 4 weeks.
Plan is to hike in over Jackass pass and spend 2 nights in the Cirque of The Towers.
I'm leaving Thursday night from Jackson, spend the night at the trail head and take off early Friday morning.
I know it's terribly short notice, but it would be fun(ner) if I had company.
It's only about 10 miles in. Would be willing to carry a rope and my personal gear if there is any chance of an easy climb.
