Was the decision to continue made because they did not want to miss out on the glory and accolades they were anticipating from their Facebook friends when they posted their brave adventure?
Probably already had the music for the video picked out before they ever hit the trail.
Or maybe just a well acted video troll?
Real or troll, either way you receive Facebook fame and that's what matters most.
If it is real I wonder if their rescuers have seen this video.
