I heard a third-hand report of someone who took a nasty whipper off of the Sea a couple weeks ago, and got tangled in his rope [haul line?] and sustained nasty rope burns. I also heard he finished the route. [Stout!]

Anybody have any further info?

While the hat and watch have been added, the Fires and bicycle-inner-tube-chest-harness are legit.

This post is terrible. No whipper should be put up to public ridicule, regardless of the route.

Even the best up there, when they're great: whip.

and the rest, sometimes never have whipped at all.

I went to "prow" it out. right!

after, the seventh pitch, I started to feel the need to "barff and shit" all at the same time. dehydrated.

Next time I'll bring more water..

I had fun. nothing nearly like the scary "sea".

Hey Pyro,

I did not go to Tahquitz this weekend, to stressed out. But I will call you when I do.

Was it another prowsolo you attempted.

Pass the Piton Pete is the best Big Wall climber on this site.
He soloed Iron Hawk. He is a real bad ass. If you have any aid climbing questions he is the person to ask.

I hope that was a fvcking joke. Now we are handing out awards for the best big wall climbers and you, of all people get to select the winner.
When did you try to solo the prowl, recently?
Ouch!

Blake, that was not a joke. Just a garden variety troll. Juan is usually better than that. Must be a little rusty.
