Dude - did you see how they let the boob just peek through. I think there may be more to the problem. Probably only can be solved by animal fur or carbon fiber.

I saw this. Thanks for suggesting this - though I think you just want to watch that movie in an endless loop more than anything.
This contraption does not do what I'd like to see either. I am unconcerned with the shoulder strap. The problem is the fabric under the arms - on the side of my body. It cuts into my lat muscles. See how that thing goes right across the lats? That would be bad. The fabric that cuts across the side, under our arms should be much lower - let the lat be free!

Holy frig! While I am normally a little tittie aficionado, you just have to check out the D-cup at medium activity. Talk about simple harmonic motion!
The permutations and combinations are nearly endless. I was too afraid to click on anything bigger than the D, however.

Sorry callie, I tried.
Only other way is for you and I to piggy back up sport climbs, and, um, I'll give you full support, with no lat cutting.
Anohter benefit in this arrangement is that I could go sport climbing without actually clipping any bolts! You'd actually be doing me a favor, since I won't be able to climb under my own power for a while anyway, after surgery.
You may feel a slight unexplained prodding from the rear from time to time, but we are all adults here. Ignore it. I will. This is an important task, and I'm willing to do all I can to help.
PS Barring your acceptance of this truly wonderful offer, I again suggest a seamstress.

Has anyone tried the halter-type sport top with shelf bra?
This piece dodges the lats with a tie at the back of the neck, but still offers support, I'd think, though perhaps not as much as more conventional designs.
I know Prana makes some that are visually appealing.

The halters are great. They cut low - in fact I wear them when not climbing too. They are hot in the summer though.
