When I ceased rock climbing I thought this activity was similar in many respects and so I have pursued it assiduously for the last 20 years. Oddly, when the weight I was lifting first exceeded 100 kilograms the pitch of my voice moved up significantly. I am not sure what may have caused this but have noticed no other changes.
