Hey forum!
I'd like to go bouldering in Yosemite and I'm looking for a store which rents out crash pads near Berkeley - or on the way from San Francisco to the valley - unfortuneatly I had no luck so far (called REI, Marmot and Yosemite Mountaineering school).
If anyone has a cheap used pad or knows where I could find one contact me under 617 372 4205
I am in a hurry (would like to drive to Yosemite tomorrow (Thu 06/09)
Greets,
richard

I'm in Fresno. I got a Big Bertha you can borrow. Not sure if it's on your way. e-mail me if you are serious.

Freson is a 1h detour (each way) - we have to be back in Berkeley on Saturday at noon (Dispatch Concert in the afternoon).
I'll consult with my co-pilot but it might be too much of a detour.
If I find nothing else I'll contact you - we could be in fresno today in the evening and would return the pad on Saturday in the morning.
Soooo - anyone else?
greets,
richard

There will be posses in the valley. Two hrs drive isnt probably worth it. Just bum a pad from somebody taking a rest day....or steal one while somebody is sketchin out a highball. They'll never find you. its a big valley.

Yay! I found someone in Berkeley with a pad.
Thx @micronut for the offer - I won't need your pad.
