That was fun!
I thought it was just going to be a video of Cam Burns creeping around Basalt in a gorilla suit but it was much more authentic than that.

Reminds me of a great line by Dave Scultz (aka The Iron Monkey)

I saw that movie on either AMC or TCM just a couple of month's ago. If you're the type that likes to watch real bad (read good) old Japanese science fiction movies you'll love it. It reminds me a lot of "The Thing From Another World" - 1951, you'll love it.

Maybe it was fallout from a-bomb tests? Or something in the water Forrest Tucker drank?
The scene opens on the Swiss Alps. A small village nestled between steep mountain peaks. The camera pans slowly to the top of Trollenberg Mountain's rugged face. A single small cloud clings to the side .
Two climbers huddle together on a ledge overlooking the valley below as a third climber calls to them from above.
The leader complains to them of a sudden bitter cold and a fog that has abruptly reduced visibility. He calls out that something is coming in his direction, but that he can't make it out in the fog. He screams and falls past his fellows on the ledge below. Acting quickly they secure his rope and begin to pull him back up. As his motionless blood-stained body comes in view one of them falls mute, staring in horror at what he sees. He falters, and as the other climber continues to pull against the weight the rope wears thin against the jagged rock face. The body falls unseen down the face of the cliff.
"You idiot, we nearly had him."
"Didn't you see? His head... it was torn off!"

That's hilarious. I wonder just how many of these there are? These by meaning B science fiction films with mountaineering somehow tied into the plot.
Jan, I hope Cam saw this for research purposes. I'll email him the link just to be sure.
