Raiders BUMP!

They may suck lately, but there is a lot of cool history surrounding the team. Blanda set the standard . . . may he rest in peace.

George Blanda, one of the first of the super quarterbacks. That guy had a arm on him back in the day.

83 years is one helluva stretch for any NFL player these days.

Seems like I heard somewhere the average lifespan for a player was down in the late 50's or something like that.

I now have GB to thank (curse) for making me a lifelong Raider fan. GB could really get it done, especially in the big games. My folks would watch the games back then just because there was someone near their age who was able to play pro football.
