Didn't look like he really thought that last move through. I had figured most of these guys have layed down 'routines' or routes beforehand. Maybe not.

It must certainly be well rehearsed - but equally, there would be a pretty big price for getting some of those tricks wrong!

I use to do something sort of similar running the boulders around lake tahoe. On the east shore there is a place with giant boulders along the shoreline. I use to run those at fairly high speed. It was exhilarating. There were places where if you messed up you were going to get hurt, so you did practice at slower speeds, but once in a groove, you could hit new terrain. It is like a drug once you start. My friends thought that I was completely nuts. Never did buildings. Just rocks, trees and downhill runs. That was 30 years ago. High speed runs downhill through the trees, jumping over logs, through boulders and such is a blast.

Love it. Parkour is just amazing.
I did some talus running (actually it was big boulders along a riverbank) when I was a teen, but the stuff they're doing now...
