The form of comedy that existed back in the late 1800's in Paris is ready made for today's environment. One French performer,Le Petomane, came on stage, bent double, flipped his tuxedo tails up out of the way and used gaseous emissions to play a tune for the audience composed of four(4) different notes. This would be a far more appropriate way to discuss present day politics than anything Rush has so far kluged together.
It is a tough crowd here on ST. So you don't have to get outraged and demand a link.

It would be grand humor and major league fun to actually, yet clandestinely, put up some billboards like those. I wonder how long it would take for them to be removed. There could even be a contest.

Wayno, years ago, in my monkey wrench years, I was a sign maker with a full production shop. I can't tell you how many times the notion of a clandestine bill board edit crossed my mind. It would be a great way to mess with the system. Till you got caught. In my case it would have been too easy to put two and two together and figure out who was the prankster.

When I was in my twenties, some friends and I sneaked onto these huge water tanks off of Hwy85 in Sunnyvale and hauled about ten gallons of paint up there and creatively poured them down the sides. We had lookouts with walkie-talkies and other such fun. Never got caught. I think the statute of limitations enables me to post this, although it was not a big crime and I doubt anybody cares. Those stripes were there for a couple of years. That was good fun.

I don't know about this. Lot of people saying the signs are fakes, or photoshopped, or pranks by low-lifes like Wayno. But having spent my first 20 years in Saskatoon, and having visited regularly ever since, I gotta say that first billboard is pretty much right on.
