To whomever chalked the tick marks on the fingers/thin-hands at IronWorks:
You totally ruined my aesthetic experience of that climb. Thanks a lot.
In all seriousness though, all my training in the Valley this winter/spring is totally paying off. I ran up the the two smaller cracks no problem, and (barely) managed to get myself up the off-fists too. I could barely make it up any of them last year -- I'm totally ready for next year's gym season!

Yep, the tick marks were for real. Hilarious.
Dude, of course there's a gym season! It's way too cold to climb in winter -- they never have the heat turned on in that place. Plus, most the indoor crack climbing comps are in November.
Tip: run laps on Reed's direct in winter to build up endurance for those 30ft power splitters at IW. You'll be ready for those comps in no time!
