No Idea. I have asked around, but haven't found anyone who knows or is in charge. My favorite is the sentinel dome camera. That one has been out of action for a long time.

Its an embarrassment that the Sentinel webcam has been down for so long.
And they should add more cams to capture images of the Clark Range
and Mt Hoffmann.

If you use a turtleback as a cam and it gets fixed it's going to stink as it sits there rotting.

The same thing happened a few years ago so I looked into the Yosemite Association, which is in charge of those web cams I believe, and decided it looked like a worthy organization to support. So I sent in a contribution and mentioned how much I appreciate the El Cap web cam. As soon as they got my note and check they got someone out there and fixed it. I suggest you give that approach some consideration.
