This should be better/cooler (temp) than the last! The date is set: March 19, 20, 21, 2010 up at Mt. Woodson. Come one, come all, young and old, local and far off. Yet, also, looking for those that attended the last shindig in '07 and those that attended the contest in 1986 and 1990! This should be a historic event for Woodson's history and a chance for the young and old to come together and enjoy what we all can't seem to get enough of! Plans include: guest appearances, both from the past and present, product giveaways and booths, along with post climb slideshows and party over a three day weekend!

Nothing munge just up too late and made the decision to correct the title and add some more info to the description. Mr. Woodson turned out to be pretty funny after all!

Look closely and you can spot Tom Lindner looking at the camera, in his gray, down jacket and black leotards below and diagonally left of the white paint streak on Painted Boulder. Myself, next to Tom's right arm, in a blue jacket and pinkish baggy pants with Ken Klis to my right. I'm sure you all can pick out somebody that you recognize!

Hey Bob, you can call me Gary. You probably don't remember me for I was just a tag along wishing I was as GUD as you guys back then. Now that I think back then, I remember running into Mike Paul at that Chimney Rock up there off the road to the right, before Big Grunt. He was working the problem down below, up the smooth arete on that boulder (11b) when I showed up and gave him some verbal encouragement. He popped off at that point, lowered to the ground and put his index finger in my chest and exclaimed, "You're next!" in which I obliged and got spanked as well. Like I didn't have a problem with pride! Got me where I am today and you wouldn't want to be there!
