t*r... No worries on the casinos that is for sure. Let me say, for the record, I grew up in the Bay Area and spent tons of time at Lover's, Sugarloaf, Pieshop, etc. so I know the Lake pretty well. I just wonder if there is a better population to sell to in South shore or North Shore? Seems like NS/Trukee to me...

Strawberry (as a town) might not be the best because of all the cars that will show up at this event.

So these guys are gonna tour like rock stars...

I guess they are Rock Stars.

Will they travel in a van, a bus, or by plane?

Will they be camping, crashing on couches, or staying at the marriot?

Will their be a "World Tour" someday.

Paris, Tokyo, Sydney, London.

And then.... A reunion tour!!!

It could very well happen..

Update after a very long day... I'll try not to be a grumpy arse.

We have a Boise date and the venue is all but nailed down. One of the high schools.

This is somewhere between a rockstar tour and scumbag climber tour. No G5s, limos and Four Seasons, but we aren't hitchin and sleepin' on floors either. The boys need to be rested so they can give all of you a great show night after night.

I guess I do need to make one thing a bit more obvious... this is a professional tour and we are going to professional venues, not living rooms. It would be cool to have loud parties in everyone's house but that is not the plan for this tour.

I have interest from all corners of the world and there will be an overseas leg to this endeavor but right now I got the east coast, the southern states and Canada breathing down my neck. Why aren't there 48 hours in each day?

Regarding the "reunion tour" I have this weird thought in the back of my mind about a massive climber's gathering. Like a seven day event with panel discussions on rap bolting, leaving fixed gear on walls for years, slideshows, movies, father/daughter route races, route-based scavenger hunts, the mother-of-all gear raffles, bands... just a huge gathering of old and new, trad and sport, big wall and n00b, alpinists and gear freaks.

Sort of like a vertical Woodstock.

Okay, I'll sleep now.

There is more to these shows than classic photos and jaw-dropping Largo tales... Something that will make you feel good...

First - Each event supports the Food Bank in the community we visit. During these difficult times please help your community out by bringing non-perishable food items to the Stonemasters show. If you bring at least two food items to the show you will receive a coupon good for 10% off either your next event ticket or t-shirt purchase!

Second - A portion of the event proceeds will benefit the nonprofit Yosemite Climbing Association which is working with the National Park Service to establish the official Yosemite Climbing Museum. With your help we will help Ken get the museum built!

To be exact... The Berkeley show will be held at Bridges Rock Gym in El Cerrito. With good traffic that is three minutes north of Berkeley.

As we approach the shows (August is not that far away) I want to make sure everyone knows the value of buying your ticket BEFORE the event. It's simple...

Option #1:
Buy your tickets before the event and get them for $12 each. (Some shows may be higher)

Option #2:
Buy your tickets at the event and get them for $15 each. (Some shows may be higher.)

So why not save enough for a beer? Pre-order tickets and sleep well knowing you won't be faced with a "SOLD OUT!" sign at the door!

Hey Plastic,
Sent you a message several days ago but haven't received a reply so I'm not feelin the love yet.

Re. the Spokane show, there's lots of folks interested. Without a venue and other specific info listed at your website, you'll have a tough time selling tickets. PM or email me and I can help you with local support on every level.
