As my swan song on this used up, sh!t show of a meltdown thread I'm gonna set the record straight on some sh!t that's been buggin me.
So, for anyone that gives a crap...or rox if he's lurking~
pate does not have a felony drug conviction.
He's pinner but skrappy and got "small towned" by the courts for defending himself.
It had nothing to do with his time on Dead tour.
Touring Deadheads sold whatever to get by~ shirts, stickers, trinkets, food, alcohol, illicit substances.
For rox to say pate "sent people off in ambulances" is laughable. The tripper come~down tent maybe. The heads selling falafel and veggie burritos probably sent more people to the hospital. Or nitrous~ waaay more dangerous than doses.
His ex really is mental and he's not hiding from her to avoid monetary responsibilities. He's a great dad.
He gets way out of line here but is not a sociopath, stalker, none of that sh!t. He's a meanie antagonist but is usually provoked(triggered) before he goes postal.
His vile rants bug the crap out of me, but all the stuff rox says about him is either taken out of context, a lie, or is just a projection of his own behavior. Rox is the one dishing out the slander, libel, and violence.
I will not defend or condone pate's online behavior but I will defend his real life honor and character, especially since rox wanted to bring that to the public.
Pate stays.
If this ignites more bullsh!t flameouts, so be it.
It's like a tire fire, no sense in trying to put it out, gotta let it burn itself out. Riley's the only one that has the real extinguisher: (((delete)))
