Sorry to break the news to you LEB, but you're probably the only person here who doesn't know who bvb is, and his real name. Don't you just hate being in a group where everyone else knows - except you?
And ain't it a good thing that you can't use the search function on SuperTopo for words with three or fewer characters?

leb's attempt at backpedalling is pathetic.
but nobody here is buying. she was the one who brought up her knowledge of this "photo" in the first place. why? so she could "warn" me about it? or was it a way-out-of-bounds threat?
again i ask: would this sort of thing be tolerated, say, around a climber's campfire? she's not getting her way and so she issues what she imagines is a real-life threat. i take it back. i wouldn't do her.

Anders, when you and John come off as being arbiters of reason and fair justice, you do yourselves no credence. You only criticize one way..consistently.
You are biased, both of you. Don't try to portray yourselves as 'unbiased wisdom'. I do respect your thoughts as they come intelligently based on experience, but let's be frank. You guys do come off as arrogantly superior sometimes.
Maybe it's just me.

Oh good. I am so glad you stopped by because I discovered some very interesting things about you today.
In addition to being a coward and a stalker, you are apparently not very bright, either. I don't know who is more dim-witted - you for posing for a picture which could get you fired or your friend for posting it on the internet. And you tell me I am the stupid one. If you drop me an email, I will send you a link to this picture so your "friend" can take it down before the next enemy you make is (unlike me) a vindictive one. And don't worry, I did not download it to my computer or anything like that.

LEB, it's just that you aren't getting your way. You ALWAYS go on the rampage if you think someone has insulted you. Then you raze the forest trying to destroy them.
You are here because you think you have found a soapbox. Its obvious how you TROLL the Taco. People here are not stupid, but you are good at sucking in the foolish with too much time on their hands.
But Lois, when you start trying to put down someone like bvb, you reveal how self centered you are. We are climbers here, Lois. You are KNOTT, and you don't get (at least) half of what is being said.

Right on, Dwain--a brotherhood (sorry gals) of climbers whose bodies and minds all tell of the same enjoyment of adventure cannot be cracked by someone who IS cracked.
All (how many really-- maybe 6?) of Leb sters "friends, followers, and cyberpals" here are just that; "here", and not on the stone roping-up and running it out in reality. Her understanding this (which is not likely) would make her a more respected poster, and better human being.

Trolls are immune to criticism and logical arguments. True trolls cannot be reasoned with, regardless of how sound your logical argument is.
Trolls do not feel remorse like you and me. They have sociopathic tendencies, and accordingly, they delight in other people having hurt feelings.
Trolls consider themselves separate from the social order.
Trolls do not abide by etiquette or the rules of common courtesy.
Trolls consider themselves above social responsibility.
Trolls gain energy by you insulting them.
Trolls gain energy when you get angry.
The only way to deal with a troll is to ignore him, or take away his ability to post online.
Why Do People Enjoy Being Internet Trolls?
Ans: it is a kind of power rush or ego trip to be a troll. Being online is a place that is largely free of perceived consequences... an insecure person can get a sense of power online, without ever having to face someone directly. With the Internet being a world of imagination and fantasy for some, cowardly users can forge an alter ego for themselves, and act out their feelings of anger and inadequacy. It's sad and unfortunate that our advanced communications also brings out the darker side of many people.

They are always wrong on everything because they haven't read things like, "Tim Jackson - Prosperity without Growth"
Same with the "Democrats"
Google it and read it for a change of pace. The problems and symptoms are laid out very well. The proposed solutions are pipe dreams at this point.
