Put it on the social calendar kids! I'm giving a slideshow/multimedia storyteller extravaganza at Metalmark Climbing Gym a week from Monday! Come out Monday Jan 30th for a night of photography, video, storytelling, spray and stoke from 20 years of sending the local Central Cal gnar. We would love to have a great crowd so come check it out! If you think I'm a big deal online, wait till you meet me in person!

Srbphoto..... Yes, the lies and slander have already been written into the storyline of the night as well as large amounts of exaggeration and camera tilt.
Radish..... That's a pretty rough crowd you run with there. If the South Valley guys really are coming then we will need to make sure and do a tick and poison oak check at the door.
I'll be there. Possibly to do interpretive dance for the slideshow If that's the case Limpingcrab, the soundtrack for the evening is Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart. Start working on your moves now. Hope that helps.

Ed I am getting old and trying to be more like the kids these days who don't know or use silly things like addresses or phone numbers anymore. I assumed you would all consult the mighty GOOGLE or the all knowing SIRI when looking for directions to the venue. An address? You want a physical address? What...are you gonna be driving to Metalmark with your wife sitting next to you with a full sized California state map or something!!!? Were you going to drive down to AAA office and have them print you out a paper trip map? Address....pffft. Get with the program!

Seats were full with a group of people having to stand in the back. I think everyone just walked over to see who the weirdo with the microphone was.
Fun to see a show with local areas and meet some more people, even though I had to take off before social time ended. Great job Scott!

Right off I gotta say it was pretty refreshing to go to a 'Climbing' gym (one of the only for many miles) and see like 60 people climbing on a Monday night in Fresno! Then we meet Scott at the door and all was well on its way to a great evening meeting locals..Mark Haymond, Richard Calderwood, Matt Shutz.. and catching up. Great Show, lots of cool inspiring shots and things I've wondered about. And did I mention free beer....real nice going up with my old climbing buddies Larry and Slick too. Thanks Micronut.........
