10/3/1970, that was a Saturday, I was 16 years old, so attending Claremont High School... I wouldn't go climbing in the Valley until the spring of 1971, first trip, went with DonC, but I was climbing that year at Tahquitz and in the Sierra...

The person in Guido's post can't be identified?

Good grief!

To what are we coming?

By not saying, "What are we coming to?" I am providing a clue.

When I first ran into Charlie he could not have been older than 15. I'll tell you this.

We all would be a lot better off if he were still here.
