Really? Troll, I think. Or just a test of stupidity. It would take a royal retard to sell a hammer for $300. That, or a museum with a penchant for unused climbing gear. Either way, what's the point?

You must be referring to a McDevitt Hammer, no question.
And you need a camera with a macro focus setting…

This is one of the weirdest posts ever by you, MTucker.
Why are you trying to insult these guys who spent years of hard work trying bring their hammer project to fruition?
These guys never did anything to you.
If you actually had for sale what you claim you would have a name and contact.
I really don't understand such strange motives from someone constantly preaching law and order .....

I'd rather not split up the hex/curse/soul bleeder from the hammer---I'm selling it as a "set."
I've already been offered a first-born female, but I'm really holding out for leadership of the RNC.
Make an offer.

WOW. Some good response to this ad. Going fast.
Not to bad on the tread response too.
People must be following the new "Political" stance of "Tone it Down".
Jeff-m - that is impressive.

Coz, of course FLETCHER OGG wants to tell you that sell is pending.
The f*#k hole (MTucker) knows as an LEO who tasered Ammon and pounds his chest he's full of sh#t. There is not one person who bought one of those hammers for $300.00
Not only is Fletcher Ogg an ass clown but turns out he's a liar thief trying to rip people off.

I have an original A5 prototype head, that Theron is going to heat treat for me. I won't need it, because he is going to give me one of the D5 hammers.
I will paint the A5 prototype any color you wish, and put a handle on it, for, oh, say, $219. Color-shifting, nanotech diffraction pigment, add $50.
Just kidding.
To get my A5 hammer, you will have to pry it from my cold, dead hand.

Damit Jeff, having an unused one of those is just criminal. I bought 2, and one has seen a lot of the world and looks it, the other was put away in a poly bag and still looks perfect. Like yours without the childs scribbling on the side! LOL
Take care!
I should take another picture. Woot! The one on the left still looks like that. The one with my name on it has seen a bit more mileage and looks even more worked. L-R- D5, D5, A5, A5. The hammer on the right is Martys old hammer, he sewed the sling when he worked for Fish. I bought it used from him and it looked so good I didn't want to use it:-)

Some more hammer pictures.
The one of the right I got from a buddy @ 30 years back, the Gorilla tape is new, trying to keep the crack in the handle from getting worse although I don't use it any more, preferring to carry more weight....it's for sale, $200 to Mtucker.
Some Chouinards under:
Below: These are both the 850 gm Kong Eagle Bridwell signature models. The Kong on the right that looks beat to crap I bought new. While the one the left which looks new has been up Zodiac. A buddy disliked it and wanted to trade it for my lighter (650 grams) Black Diamond Yos hammer. I did it to be nice, not cause I wanted another Kong. He needed the hammer and I have too many already. I got it last summer from him. I think he's taken the BD Yos he got up El Cap twice so far. We went out locally to put up the most bad assed route in this area and we took my hammer. Didn't finish the climb, so it's on the project agenda next spring when the snow melts.
The one on the left I bought just to give to a climbing buddy a few months back as he was using a hammer he made, and it was super light for driving in 1/2" diameter x 7" wedge anchors. He needed a big boy. It cost me $25 and I got 10 times the pleasure seeing his smile when I handed it over.
Have some Forrests too, one of the wall hammers is on permaloan to an old friend.
regards to all
Bill
LOL, back at the start of the year I was looking for one of ones that cracked in heat treating so I wouldn't work my new looking hammers LOL. Too late!!
