As someone who has enjoyed Ten Sleep and the work you guys have done there (thank you) how will those of us who are non-locals be able to get a copy of the new guide?

For those that have not yet been, it's as good as he says it is...

The new guide book just came out. Picked it up today.

I think it can also be bought at Dirty Sally's in Ten Sleep.

TRUE.

Guide is just out this week. 2008 edition has color pics and many new walls.

Will be in stores in Utah, Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, and S.D. by Saturday.

Dirty Sally's should always have some.

Are there climbs on walls that are not south facing? I was there a few years ago and it was sweet climbing but a little hot.

If you have not spent 4th in ten sleep then it would be a treat for you. There are as many fist fights as new routes. And the bars stay open 24 hours. It is amazing.

GOOD QUESTION DONINI.

All main walls go into shade at 1pm, with many corner and roof routes going into shade at Noon. With the Mondo Beyondo at 8,000ft it cools off quickly once in the shade and is perfect temps the rest of the day. A great crag for people who like to sleep in.

If you absolutely need to climb in the AM:
there are several good walls in Lower canyon that are in shade from sunrise to 2pm (Circus wall, Leigh Creek, Godfather, Waterfall wall, Jungle Gym)

There are at least 150 great routes for morning climbing.

Was there for 5 days last July and it didn't seem too uncomfortable to be climbing during the day.....

New guideboook eh, I'll have to check that out. Is there any truth to a guy being violent towards people from out of town that climb there? slashing tires, breaking windows ,etc? Might bring my folks car with 307 plates if that's the case. Looking forward to checking out the canyon
