how about these;
1) Give it to Ouch and let him run with it.
2) Climbers under 30 should be seen but only heard if they are funny.
3) No nudity, only violence.
4) All potentially flammable items MUST be set ablaze.
5) Nobody is ever the best at anything (except for John Gill).
6) Don't bite the taco if you can't handle the picante.
7) Lois is not the moderator.
8) You have to do it free. No standing on pins. No sling belays.
9) Largo rules.
10) There ARE no rules.

I think andanother nailed it but I would delete #9, bump everything up, and put in Stitch's correctly stated the first rule is you dont talk about the fight club.
Which also works good in real life. After getting knocked out once and having a good shiner and stitches above the eye, I never told anyone (except the wife) and always replied..."the first rule of the fight club is you dont talk about the fight club." Worked out very well.
