Hot damn, Dank! Those are some friggin' incredible photos! I've heard great things about Fishook Arete and it's on the list...but thanks to those superb pix o' yours, it's at the top of the list now!

yeah Jerry, where are you on this one. there is a photo of Jerry on Fishhook taken by Galen Rowell in Peter Croft's guide book "The Good The Great and the Awesome" He has a story about that climb..

I think Hamizzzle thought we might get caught out and we wanted the lamp just to be...you know...safe...we did manage to wake early enough to be at iceberg by 8:30 am and back to the portal parking lot around 9 pm...very worked!

Mithral looked good!...supposed to be cooler temperature wise...the weather was actually nicer this last weekend than when I was in the area before in early August..
