Well, Lemon Chiffon was right up at the top of my list.
When we viewed it in the roasting AM, everyone just said "Later."
At the end of the day bvb directed the herd off the road for the
session which I guess supplied all the chalk you saw.
But just as I was changing shoes, Eeyonkee said Don't stop here.
We have to have a little talk out behind the woodshed, past the
Uncertainty Principle. I never even laid a hand on it.

Nice, Raydog! That's the Rick I remember (being afraid of).
So scuffy, you been getting on some more OW? Basket Case and all...I'll be doing 5.10 OW this weekend and 5.11+ the next, both in the Black. I'll see how these offwidths compare to Woodson.

Thanks for the good review on Christ on Crutches bvb! Perhaps the most "classic woodson" aspect of it is the loose, off camber landing (if the bushes dont shred you first).

Eeeyonkee - noun as in "to eeyonkee a climb." To float upward on an offwidth in an effortless way. cf. ancient asian principle "Wu Wei" as applied to cracks from 5"-16" wide. e.g. Nancy's Crack floation.
Scuff, 3rd weekend in June we compare Woodshun to zie "Pound of Flesh", no?

Hey, an opportunity to bump the undead...
Yeah, Grug, I'm still getting on some OW, though I'm still
finding more than I'm actually climbing.
A couple that felt hard even after the Shindig.
Improvement continues.
Discovered a "rad-gnar" for Jaybro to check out (NUDGE)
Was at City of Rocks, got on one that had "offwidth" in its very
Name, but the OW turned out to be less than 3.5" so I got
gypped.
June is Wide Pride month in Northern California.

I can only hope. Car issues, might be related to your aura,
like Ed and Gary. Had to tow mine back from City of Rocks.
It'll be better, but Thurs eve is cutting it close.

Mechanics accepted delivery of the Swedish steel tent last night.
The U-Haul truck had a comfy seat so the drive was not so bad.
Yeh, describes a climb.
I'm almost unscuffed, gettin worried, left-side therapy
indicated for tonight.

Well, I returned from the Philippines at the end of May. It was a HOT and HUMID one (par for that time of year) but had a chance to climb in Dingle (Dinglay), Iloilo, Philippines near where my spouses family lives.
I wish I could have said it was uneventful but three days before I was to come home I was back at the cliff demonstrating a self-rescue technique to some of the locals when I stepped off of the bamboo ladder (used to access the wall above the cave) and impaled my @ss on a rock behind me! I became diaphoretic and nauseas and thought for sure I fractured my pelvis but was hoping it was only my tailbone! Either way, that ended my climbing day real quick! Up until then I had a smile on my face. I'm sure it wasn't as good as the shindig up at Woodson though!
