Hey all!
After much toil and sitting down typing, I self-published this here book. I really hope you can find some useful information in it.
Here's the website associated with it, I've already posted some updates

Awesome. I know there's been a lot of anticipation for this book among elite climbers. While I'm not in that group, I can't wait to get my copy to help me improve my workouts and make more efficient use of my gym time.

what's the stone masters book you just bought all about? I'm a PNW'er but I've obviously heard the 'legends'! Did Long write a memoir? I still need to test my sh$%t on the Vampire et. all!

I got my copy the other day. I'm the type to read even the most obscure references about climbing (~~Jack Tackle's 1% rule~~~) like athletik specifik (sic). So it's pretty rare when I get some "new tricks" on paper...
I was impressed~there were even a few tips I didn't know about, i.e. fifi and rubber band retrieval.
Other good points:
Many rehab/strength exercises
Chockful of photos
Nice bolting overview inc. glue ins
Complete reference, all kinds of stuff like roped solo, alpine, food/water, supplements
)
The book is written well and in a self-effacing tone that is humorous. "I thought stick clips were for sissies. Then again I wasn't climbing that all that hard..."
Kudos Dr. Layton. Highly rec'd.
