Screw the Autumnal Equinox - summer wasn't over on September 22nd.

Summer is over TODAY!

WHY???

Because Walmart put out Christmas decorations and TBS is showing the Wizard of Oz.

Wax the skis boys and girls - the seasons have turned!!!

Despite the super-warm temps of the last few days, summer may indeed be over:

Summer is over in E. Wyoming. I am on my twice a year sales-rep trip there. For 25 years----it has been the same!

The storms are racing to intercept me!

So far----it just looks like "a chance of snow" on Weds night in Casper, and "a chance of snow" on Thursday around Laramie.

I do appreciate that snow can happen in E. Wyoming at any time, but I am a minor legend with some outdoor shops.

When I head for E. Wyoming-------the Storm-Gods move entire systems from Alaska to Wyoming to strand me.

When I call dealers for appointments------the reponse is either: 'that's good, we need the snow"-------or-----"why do you bother, you won't be able to get here."

Last forecast I saw for SLC had Wed in the low 50s, rain, and snow level at 6000'.
Which seems odd since it was mid-eighties yesterday and today.
