Looks like some repair work at that bottom of that photo....

But this could also be some limestone, too....

Somewhere in Arizona?


.. and that's not even a guess... that's a close your eye's and point at a guidebook...




how about this being a retaining wall, near a certain lookout, within Yosemite.... Can't say where though...

The bottom is not repaired, it just has the surface layer broken away. Don't think anyone will get this, so... it is in Ireland. They have some nice seaside outcrops over there!
