I can absolutely dig that the Forum hit-n-runs are numerous and your strategic focus is on route info as opposed to mindless slander. If ST wants to downplay the Forum, I think the place to do it is in the index page somehow. Getting the Beta section after hitting the Forum tab just seems like a programming error.

Yep, forum link should take you to forum, route beta link should take you to route beta.

I tend to agree. It think both the forum and route beta section each deserve their own page where they don't compete with each other. I thought it was a mistake in the HTML at first.

This website was created to provide climbers with better topos and route information, not as a place for slander, endless trolls, ridiculous topics, and other bits of worthless info. The route beta on this site is amazing, look at it instead of berating each other in the forum. We like climbing, so lets start paying more attention to route related info, rather that chat rooms.
I say the forum goes away completely until all the immature kids leave

"i agree with chris" has to go.
what a kill-joy.
i bet he was one of those officious hall monitors back in school that tried to hand out tickets to kids who ran instead of walked. Probably got his ass kicked a few too many times too for being such a wanker. That will drum the humor outta you, eh "agree with Chris"?
