2005 Climbing Shiraz, Australia
The first thing you’ll notice is that it has a screw top, Chateau Screwtop©. This will allow opening with one hand on a climb if you are pushed to the wall. The color is the deep red of blood mixed with aluminum dust from an oval 'biner. For this reason the legs are dark and viscous. The first bouquet has the scent of brambles, dust and broken shrub branches as from the finest approaches. The first mouthful has hints of granite dust and damp moss with a bite of ozone from an approaching storm. Don’t drink to much or you’ll dream of falling and wake with the parched palette of fear and the dislocation of an unplanned bivy.

Looks like he spent all his money on the wine and had to make some of his own pro.

I thought this was going to be like;

"I caaaaan't."
"My shoes won't stick."
"{It's haaaaaaard."
"It's too hot."
"It's so steep."
"How do you do it."

Many good Aussie and New Zealand wines are using screw top- one of the big changes in the industry. As for climbing wines try http://www.macchiawines.com/macchia/index.jsp The owner/maker is/was a climber.
