Where is the closest climbing gym to YV? Anyone know? And what does it cost?

Why on earth would anyone build a climbing gym anywhere close to the valley? That would be like building a wavepool on Oahu.

Well if the weather starts to get bad, I would like to have a place to go. Or if it just gets too hot. Thanks.

if it gets to hot in the Valley head to the meadows, if the weather is bad head to "Kaukulator" (it stays dry in a light rain, but its not quite that gym quality) or over to bishop and sport climb (sounds like that is your style) , however it is summer and not too likely that its going to rain enough to have to go to a gym that is up to 2 hours away!
I'm sure if YCS had its way there would be a climbing wall right in curry wilage so "all" of the tourist could climb in Yosemite (land for the wealthy).
