I have not seen any good publication on funny climbing stories and yet, I know there are tons stories out there.
Bring it up and tell us about your funny climbing stories where things went to hell or heaven.

NONE?
What about Largo's stories, some of them are hilarious and sublime.

I got some of JL books but still, that is 0.00001 % of what is out there.

Majid S,
There are of course lots of good pieces in the anthologies, such as Games Climbers Play, Mirrors in the Cliffs, or even the Best of Rock N Ice. I don't know if Climbing has such a collection. At the risk of tooting my own horn, I have at least three, maybe four, collections of climbing stories, a lot of them pretty funny: Direct Lines, Stories of a Young Climber, Swaramandal, and High Endeavors... They're all out of print now, though. John Long, as someone said, has some good stuff out there. Roper's Camp 4 has some good funny stuff. I do like the idea of a collection of funny stories, if someone could get the good writer/story tellers together for some kind of anthology...
