All you need is good old number 9... number 9... number 9... number 9...
Leave it packed for your second when they're cleaning for bonus points!
Oh and to reply to the OP - It loooks like they drilled a hole in the sire of the travel mug, cut the cord of the soldering iron so they could feed it through the hole and spliced it back together, used marbles to hold the soldering iron upright, and put the little platform on the iron. Another tube goes up through the marbles and comes out of the cover made of something I can't make out, but it covers the top of the mug. Place your herbal leaf of choice on the platform, cover with the jar, turn on the iron, heat until vaporized, then suck.
I think this might work as well without the cover, but I guess then if you drop the herbs, they'll get lost in the marbles.

Quick google suggests that adding a dimmer switch to help regulate the temperature of the iron might be useful, too.

Heat gun is the only way I've ever done it. However, the soldering iron method looks more compact and cheaper.
Plus, I can't find my heat gun.
edit: I mean, "I've ever heard of other people doing it" and by "it" I mean vaporizing aromatherapy herbs like sage and thyme and rosemary.

Thanks for the help guys. I have smoked out of alot of things but never thought of a stopper. That will save me a walk down to the creek and cutting river cane.(a crime worse than smoking, but the shite is every where)I mostly use a oneie that looks like a cig, but am always open to new ways.
