Cool to finally read the playboy article. It had been built up to almost legendary status over the years. Now that I read it, the article really wasn't that bad, but in park circles it seemed like a minor scandal.

Fig was a good man to work with. Something was lost when he left the Yosemite Rescue Team around 1985 or so.
