What to give for Christmas ? What two ? What too?
for CHALK BAGS!>< make your own !
Try and try
It will be rewarding in invisible ways, and who knows you may hit on the ultimate design.
Start easy : Cut the arm off a Carhart jacket at the arm pit. ( if the jacket has a zippered chest pocket include it making for a large 'P' shaped piece that has more than half 'sleeve tube'. Rip the seam to the length you desire and trim. Finish by folding a sinch cord in the tube yielded by the sowing of the edge to the bag try inside fold and out.
A big hint is to sow the whole thing inside out then turn it back right side out. So plan accordingly . I some times leave stitching loose (on more elaborate Designs) until I have turned /flipped it then I re-stitch, trying to tighten the bag.
. )the Carhart chalk bag is very heavy, makes a great ground bucket for bouldering(
Wait where am I? Oops graphic fail . . . ,
