You should try to get the park service to pay you to remove chalk on the valley boulders- endless work-climbers "making work" for ya

James....how about using your time to remove chalk marks from Yosemite Valley boulders? Or polishing Tommy and Kevin's boots instead of mocking a landmark achievement in climbing that you can't possibly touch.

Chalk, however distasteful, is at least an improvement on the labelled pieces of tape ("2d CAM") and little dot stickers on the holds that others have left up there.

It took 7 years with a microscope to find the the holds and then label them.
