What is a flashlight? Aren't these used for neuro exams in hospitals? I don't get it. Why is it camouflaged? Is it for stealth neuro exams?

I wanna know how a flashlight works great for the pack he carries.
My flashlight won't do diddly for my pack. It's like they hate each other!

Great that it is rechargeable. Should be a really handy feature when it runs out of juice on that unplanned moonless night descent.
