neither a sombrero (nor a codpiece) wear I...


but my offices have looked like that in the past... I've gotten things pretty much under control in my old age. (trimming down from three offices to 1 was really nice! and getting rid of the labs too).

I think Guth uses that to explain Goldstone's "Sombrero " potential and its relation to spontaneously broken symmetry. He probably has an empty wine bottle in that mess too.
