here are four, in no particular order, that left a significant impression on me:

Nah000, I am very glad you liked that particular TR. I was hoping to do a good job on it to provide a good tribute to a friend (Ben), and of course to tell a good story about a climb that seemed so unreal to me.

I think the one that I am most happy about is Luke's success on Liberty Cap. He posted about it before. Made multiple trips to clean the route and put in work. This last year I got to climb with him a few times and talked to him about everything he has put in into it. Training, excitement, work cleaning. All after he thought it would not be possible for him to put together the technical moves to free it on his first attempt. But he stuck with it. Great story:

Love the BALCH fest report because Micronut and many more did a lot of work to make the event happen. In the end it was a bunch of STers coming together for a great weekend. Was awesome to feel like our community is not just face-less people on the forum. Much more to it..

Venusian Blind with Mom! Well that's just awesome, just like those reports about Jim Herson crushing things with his kids, but IMO even more so. It is not hard to teach kids to crush, it is much harder to get your mom to climb something like Temple Crag!
