For how "notorious" that pitch seems to be, I've never heard of anyone actually falling out of it. Seems like once you past the crux of it, yeah there is no pro up there, but it's also easier.
Anyone ever hear of anyone taking the plunge?

Thankfully.... I didn't.
I have heard of a couple rides and the results sound not so pretty. I heard the stories before I did it. I think the nasty visualizations helped.

What about Texas Flake? That would suck to fall while going from chimney mode to pulling yourself up onto the flake.
Edit: can't wait to do hollow flake sometime.
