I will be in El Chalten, Patagonia and am looking for a partner. I can lead trad 5.10 and free 5.11.
The catch - I didn't originally think I was going to be doing any climbing so I made the mistake of only bringing shoes. I know it's a long shot, but if someone is interested let me know.

If you hear pots and pans being banged in the street then yer not going
anywhere that day except by foot. Y'all better get yer thang done
down there tout de suite before the country collapses economically.
Hard to see it lasting more than a year. Be very carefull in BA - it is
getting very sketchy.

One week....you better be lucky. El Chalten is now like a minny Chamonix, that's why i now avoid it. Lot's of climbers to hook up with.

I will be in El Chalten roughly the same time. I don't have a rope so we would need to see if we can rent one somewhere. Send me an email if you are interested and let's see if we can sort something out.

I will be looking for a partner in January, im bringing a single set to #3 and a 60m rope, would be cool to have an opportunity to climb something there ( weather dependent) . If anyones going to be around let me know maybe we can work something out...
