His sister Denise Erectus was a frequent guest on his radio show.

Worked as a shock jock disc jockey for many years at 98.5 KOME in San Jose, California. After KOME switched from a hard rock format to an alternative rock format in the 1990s he worked as a DJ at 92.3 KSJO in San Jose.

During his DJ career, Dennis worked a short sprint in San Antonio, TX in 1984. Unfortunately, he picked the wrong station. The audience didn't appreciate his talent.

How many times did he get kicked off the air waves. That should be part of his bio. Enjoyed his show. Named a boulder problem, up on Skyline, after him but it did not stick.

Wow, I haven't heard that name in years. Very progressive format & marketing for way back when. I loved that station! RIP Dennis.

The late '70s and early '80s were the era of the great storied rivalry between KOME and KSJO. Air talent like Dana Jang and Paul "Lobster" Wells probably switched sides in the great war so many times they'd eventually drive to the wrong station for a shift.
