Enchanted Rock is a top class venue. Perfect granite, on the slabby side but some good short cracks as well.

wow, thanks! I ask becasue I may be moving to Texas, an area called Fair Oaks Ranch. Any thoughts on the climbing around there, its the beautiful hill country zone just north of San Antonio and my barney friend told me there is good climbing, but what does he know? What do you know is what i want to know.

Reimers ranch is great. Tons and tons of sport routes with like a 45 second approach.
Erock is where its at! Great sport and read there. Many good quality cracks. Anywhere m Austin is great.
