I usually laugh at Klimmer and move on, but unfortunately this one is far more real than the moon ark. It is a terrible bill and is based on more fear mongering and prison state politics from the usual suspects.
I'm guessing this won't hold up when tested in the courts if it passes. But what a waste in the meantime; I'd guess one thing we can all agree on is that congress has more important issues to deal with.
Oh wait, this must be part of the GOP plan for job growth... more prison jobs for everyone. Yeah!

Why don't you take a minute and fact check the accuracy of the proposed bill instead of saying it is BS?
It takes so little time to find out the truth, just google House of Representatives Drug Bill for example.

Just because some idiot introduces a bill doesn't necessarily mean that it has a chance of passage. Constructively engage in writing letters or phone your representatives.
Added as an edit: we've elected 535 idiots. Fire them all this next election.
