Can anyone guess where this bolt anchor is? If I turn my head to the left what would I see?

I don't know where it is...but I'd guess, if you looked to the left you'd see the Pacific Ocean?

Rincon... That would be quite a good set of eyes not to mention the ability to see through rock, trees and buildings. So no, it is not THAT close to the Pacific Ocean.

It also looks like if turned your head very slightly to the right you would see a cap screw but a ton of empty holes?

Those do not look like drilled holes.

I've seen rocks that kind of look like this... they were practice drilling rocks near camp sites that climbers frequent. Never seen that many holes in a practice rock though.
And that doesn't explain the bolts and hangers.

They're on a small boulder where the old Sar cache used to be.

I knew Werner would get it!

So, if you look to the left you will see the ATT building. (Or is it Verizon?)
