Saw him in Bakersfield a couple years ago with around 1000 people at the venue. It was a great show.

Negative. Pre-sale is the super early bird deal. There is a 2nd date for regular online sales. That's been my experience.

I've seen Mule 3 times and the ticket costs were never bad.
It's not like trying to get an overblown Stones ticket or something....
